Finally under 160 Cant wait till 149 haven't been under 150 in many years even when i was smoking i got down to 150 but couldnt hit 149!!!!!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
