Total Disclosure. After years of up and down, I opted to have a gastric sleeve procedure on 12/12.

233.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 43.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 8.5 lb a week

If it works and you get healthy in my book that it all that counts. I have been thinking about having one but can't afford the co-pay yet.
