Ouch return from honeymoon and took a hit on the weight. Back at it today. Next 10 coming. How easy it is to put back on. Rum drinks will do it!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
