okay now I feel much better! I needed atleast 122.4 to see any progress so this is good. :) it will be amazing if I reach my weekly goal of 121.2 in 2 little days...but I will give it a try! still have not gone to the bathroom so it is entirely possible. well exactly 12 pounds and I've made it. There was a time where I never imagined I would be able to get down to 122...and now I know anything is possible. Good god if I look this gross at 122.0 I cannot imagine how I looked at 143.4!!! ugh I don't even want to remember that time in my life.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
