Morning no clothing
226.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1048 kcal Fat: 34.69g | Prot: 83.15g | Carb: 104.93g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Tomato Ketchup, 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), FIBER CHOICE FRUIT CHEW ASST. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Fat Free Sweet Onion Sauce, Monterey Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Salad. Dinner: Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars, Lo-carb Monster Energy. more...
