I am finding Weight Watchers to be more difficult than I expected!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

The first few weeks can be difficult. After a while, you remember a lot of the points for the things you eat regularly and it's easier. But it allows you to eat everything in moderation with a concentration on whole foods. Make sure you get in your lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Your making a commitment to yourself and your health and your worth it. So take the time and do it and right and you will lose. Good luck!
