it usually takes 2 days for what you've ate to reflect on the scale...sorry

Well, let's just say you got lucky and that your restraint elsewhere paid off this morning. Take advantage of it and redouble your efforts! Keep the momentum going Alex!

I think if you're sticking to the plan for perfectly but do mess up a little tiny bit, it can be forgiving. We'll see huh? I like to think that this is a lifestyle PLAN not a diet. There will be times we have something we shouldn't. But if we hold true to it 99% of the time, I think we'll be ok. You just make up for it by being extra good the day before or after. I have a very ritzy dinner party next week. I'm going to have champagne (zero sugars & carbs) and I will not over indulge, but I will have some yummy brie at least! But the two days before, I will do a very low cal menu! You can do this too. Hang in there and just remember that this is a PLAN not a diet and think in the long term. Your efforts in this will be rewarded. Remember though, phase 1 is very important not to cheat, you're preparing your body to teach it how to handle those carbs when you do introduce them. Best wishes to you....you can KICK IT!

Well...i dunno about you guys, but sometimes I've heard you need to cheat one meal so as to "kid" your body that you will start with the old habits again, and when your body is ready for more and you don't give it more than it expects, you continue to lose weight - I remember my nutritionist back in the days told me to eat whatever I wanted for one day (my weight loss had stalled) and I did, and after that I continued to lose weight. So maybe you needed that...hahahaha (maybe this is an excuse to eat "forbidden" food!) Good luck and dont stress!
