YAY! Finally a drop! I think all the nuts and dark chocolate were stalling me. Well that and the moods. Hopefully we're back on track, and dropping to the next level. Here I come 185... haven't seen you in 22 years, but dammit, I'm coming for you!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 93.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Nuts get me every time.

I'm good usually. A handful for me is fine. But the last 3 months were one emotional rollercoaster after another. Usually, I would binge eat carbs and sugars, but they've been out of my system for 10 months, so instead I craved salty goodness of almonds and dark chocolate (85% if you can believe that for a craving!) So a handful turned into a scoopful, a scoopful turned into small bowlful, the small bowl? Yep, it turned into the entire can!!!
