Hey i lost some of the weight i gained in just a few days! thanks to krafts south beach line. its so much easier to be on this diet and be able to grab things and just go. anyone else use the kraft foods? my favorite is the pizza of course lol
191.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

The pizzas are the only things i have somewhat liked. Let me know which ones you have liked and I may try them.

Great news I am going to try those - Im not usually a fan of the prepackaged meals but to kick start my diet it might be an easy way to go. . . and what graciepoo said which ones are good? I tried a Kashi meal once and it was so salty I had to throw it in the trash! and I hate throwing food away!
