OK, my fault. Really didn't work at it this week. Making bad food choices and just not exercising. Back on the wagon. Need to get my motivation again! I have also changed my goal weight. Even though I would love to be done near 140 again, I am going to be alittle more realistic and put a little higher goal to achieve first! Maybe that will give me the motivation, I will see what happens.!
