Made it thru Christmas & New Years w/o too much damage. I didn't track my cals and exercise for about 10 day while in UT & such. My dad went to live at a care Center. Too much for my mom to do alone. Sad, but he is getting good care and my mom can rest a bit more. While in UT I went hiking up Rock Canyon w/ DJ & Ry. And then hiked to the Y w/ the whole family. It was nice to spend time w/ the boys. DJ & I went MTN Biking this past week too. Good variety of workouts lately. My resolution is to add one lift day per week even if that means I miss a cardio day. I was 164.8 when i got back from UT...
