the last 3 days I have followed my eating plan with 100% compliance. That's $300.00 in the bank for a family excursion! Yay! It feels amazing to be in control again and to have the mental clarity coming back as well as needing less sleep. My confidence in my commitment and ability to stay on course and live in alignment are coming back. I love it! It's worth the work and submission.
on a side note: I had some crystal light the other night and felt immediately drained. Up to that point I had plenty of energy, but after the drink, I just wanted to go to bed.
