I had a very bad day yesterday.
I found out i need a root cancal and i went off. I had two candy bars. And for dinner I had a filt-o-fish and fries. :([/color]

178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 53.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
