I didn't lose as much weight when I weighed in today as I thought I had. I only lost 1lb. but I will take it. I think I was being a little hasty and unrealistic. I last weighed in on Tuesday. I am going to start weighing in just once a week.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ONLY? Man, I'm dancing for joy if I lose 1lb in a week! 2lbs loss in only 4 days is something that is celebrated around here. :) Remember how long it took you to put on weight. In comparison, the time it takes to lose it again is seriously fast. I mean, I took just 9 months to lose the amount of weight I had put on over the course of 10 years. So celebrate your 1lb, because in just a few short days that's seriously impressive!
