Okay, so i'm new here :) I had a new years resolution to lose weight - don't we all- and thought 'yeah i'm going to stick to it this year, going to do something about all the excess weight i'm carrying, and believe me, there's loadss of excess weight there!
For the first week I did it, I cut down on the fatty foods, changed them for healthy meals, and did an dance workout dvd that I bought as part of my resolution. Loved the dancing, but then after the first week, it got repetitive and it was like 'i'll miss it today because I'm too tired, and i'll do it tomorrow, but then the next day, and the next day I said the exact same thing.
Wish I kept all the exercise up now though, It's been over a month and I could have lost a satisfactory amount of weight by now. I'm only 18 and I do want to get fitter for when I go to uni in september, and plus I don't feel happy with myself for getting this big at all.
I'm going to start tomorrow with my diet and exercise, and write back on here :)
