Hey again :)
So i've done dancing for a whole week now, kept up with cutting down food and it's working, i've lost 6 pound :)
Quite proud of myself and really motivated to keep it up now, still got a lot of work to do.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2976 kcal Activities & Exercise: Walking (exercise) - 3.5/mph - 1 hour, Dance (fast step, aerobic) - 40 minutes, Resting - 14 hours and 20 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...

Hi Emma, I just started my diet today. I am about the same weight as you are. I am hoping you can give me some encouragement. The other comments on this site seems like they have gained weight, instead of lost. I realize I have to change my way of living in order for these lbs. to come off. I am willing to give it a try!

Hiya, i'd be happy to give you some encouragement, i'm finding it hard to keep it up so it'd be good to share the experience. I'm just doing an hours exercise every day and cutting out the snacks, it seems to be working :) Good Luck with yours
