Need to do better today. Find things to do instead of eat. Weigh at tops today hope I am down some.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Instead of eating drink water. Instead of eating find out how many calories what you want to eat contain, reconsider if it is still worth eating when you know the calories. Do something, I cross stitch, or clean anything that keeps my hands busy.
