I am trying to stay below the sites recommended calorie intake to lose this weight which is close to 2000 - I'm trying to stay between 1500 and 2000. I know if I'm too low on my intake, I'll just platue. But I'm starting to think, since this site has me tracking sleep too that perhpas it has more to do with the lack of sleep. I will just have to keep going to really see the patterns. I know in 4 days, I already feel better though in my outlook. I love the postive feelings from just a few days of exercise.

I feel very dehydrated since yesterday. I am hoping that it is my body just saying "Hey, you are drinking more water again? Send me more!"

I also over slept this morning hence the starbucks breakfast. I actually didn't hear one on my 3 alarms which tells me two nights of not enough sleep are building up and that may be why I feel really tired and like I'm trying to fight off something. I must go to bed early tonight.

I ran today for the first time in some while. It was so warm here today it was like running in the spring. But I've lost any of the speed and endurance I had built up during last summee.g.

I recorded my miles in a challenge at LIVESTRONG for the year. I ran/walked/biked/spinned/karated my way to 762 miles for 2011. I should add to my new year goals to break a 1000 miles in 2012.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I use the estimate from My Fitness Pal to determine how many calories I really am burning in a day - so for me, FS says 2,600 and MFP says 2,350. So it is a bit high here, but is a reasonable starting point! :) And thanks for the comment on my journal! :)
