yes! it does make a difference if you eat in portions every 2-3 hours! And I am excersing 3 days a week..... I am getting a waist for the first time in my life! It dawned on me the other day I don't even think about how i fit in my clothes during the day any more - this is blowing my mind!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

I agree...I want a waist....been years since mine greeted me every day, but I have its address and I am working on seeing my waist again myself..LOL
