A wicked stomach virus or food poisioning has really done a number on me the last four days. Gone are the five pounds I put on during the holidays but I feel completely hollow inside. Awful feeling I don't wish on anyone. Please be careful what you eat when it comes to frozen foods. I think I ate some bad pigs in a blanket and puff pastry quiches and they absolutely threw me into a tough illness the last four days.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
