Ok, so I've gained 2 pounds and some ounces this week, which made me want to cry, but then I realized that my tummy wasn't sitting out as much as it had the last time I paid attention to it, and the waist band I use during workouts to help me sweat more didn't fit as well as it did last week which prompted me to adjust it down. So I decided to pull out the measuring tape. So, even though I've gained two pounds I lost about 3/4 of an inch from both my waist and thighs. HOLY CRAP! XD Then I realized " well yeah, derp you use 3 or 10 pound weights during your workouts." haha. So I'm not so depressed but I think I'm going to change my cardio workout because I want to focus on losing the fat right now.
314.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 124.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

That muscle weight will bite you when you hit the scale, but the more muscle mass you have the faster your metabolism gets! So don't give up on the weights completely! You just reminded me... I need to go dust off my dumbells today and see if they still "work" ... ;-)

Go you, that's awesome, you're building muscle and muscle burns fat faster! Keep going cuz' you're getting skinny!

Yea, I had recently looked into some weight loss information and learned that the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn but I couldn't remember for sure. Thanks. As for those dumbells, just lift em up that'll kickstart em XD! We'll see how things go when i weigh in next week!
