Today:
No gym at lunch today which is OK. That means I have to go on Thursday which is fine. I will pack my bag tonight.

Done - Pack healthy.
Done - Eat breakfast
Done - Mid-morning water
Done -Yogurt for protein boost
CLose - Chicken breast and soup for lunch, water - skipped the soup
Done - Afternoon Fruit - 1/2 banana
Done - Mid-Afternoon Water
Done - Afternoon Fruit - orange; had blueberries instead
Healthy Dinner - include a big salad and some protein
Healthy Snack -
8 hours of sleep
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
