Gym yesterday and did Chest/Triceps. (heavy weights, low reps)
Also did Back stretches and abs.

Lost 0.4kg since last week, so not good.
160.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 160.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's all in the right direction - any loss is a good loss in my book, albeit a small one can be disappointing. Chins up and go at it this week!

Hiya, thanks for your comments and support, although my goal is to put weight on. I'm steadily putting a little weight on but seem to be taking it straight off week on week. Like you said, chin up and carry on fighting.
