I was so excited to be losing weight that I didn't realize the scale was tricking me. Every time I stepped on it, the zero would move up or down. Went and bought a digital scale and found out my "loss" was too good to be true; however, a loss is a loss, no matter how small.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep, totally sympathize! My old scale was a little rusted and I was getting inaccurate measures. Then I fixed that by getting a new digital scale.
