I have struggled with my weight since my early teens. I once lost about 40 lbs, but not the healthy way; I starved myself. Once I started eating normally again, I gained some of it back, but didn't spiral out of control until 2013. I gained over 50 lbs in less than a year and have been unable to lose. I have been at 250 lbs, give or take, for three years. I recently started eating low-carb and am now beginning to hold myself accountable. I have also cut out all bread, potatoes, pasta and added sugars, as well as caffeine and aspartame.
