Up a couple of pounds after the holidays, but I'm back! Thoroughly enjoyed my "break" the past few weeks and am energized to kick it into high gear!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
