Just getting over surgery. Trying to get back in the get healthy swing. Didn't realize I picked up 15 lbs. while recuperating (and not doing anything).
221.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
