Working hard @ avoiding snacks.
256.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I started listening to a weight loss hypnosis tape before bed. It suggested that I take a day off to fast with only fruit and water all day. I will choose Wednesdays for the fast. I will then weigh every Thursday morning. I feel good other than being sick.
