Yay! Happy with the weigh-in today. I was definitely focused last week--it almost feels weird to be so in control...I just keep hoping I can maintain the same level of focus and control so that I can continue with the weight loss and reach my goals.
253.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
