Hi.. i have been gone.. my jeans tell the tale. I am here.. I am going to use FS for the food tracking and I will weigh in once a month. Here I go!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey CB! I know what you mean about the jeans. I'm just glad I didn't give away all my loose pants when I got rid of stuff last year. Hope you're still hanging in there. I'm not being as good as I should, but I won't give up if you won't.
