This week, I got caught in a cake-nado! No dessert went untouched. For Ches, I feel like one of those football players (USA) who absentmindedly tosses the ball away right before they cross the goal line. I hit 203 something on Tuesday and then dropped the ball! I can feel you chasing me down so I need to find another gear this week.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No No, stay in that gear. I bought 6 bottles of the last batch of Apricot Muscat wine from Echo Hills Orchards for entertaining this past weekend (wife and I drove drove through 3 towns to get them) No change for me this week. No worries 52C. You got this. The comp from 200 to 185 will be interesting.
