Ok. Weighing myself today was even more depressing 😐
176.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do this LMH. Maybe try to drink more water. Maybe it is water weight.

Probably water gain. I weight myself everyday to keep myself motivated... sometimes it's depressing. Think big picture ;-)

Thanks Kimberly & HawksFan87! =) And yeah, I agree with you Hawksfan87 about weighing yourself - I HATE doing it. I used to refuse to do it because it derails me emotionally. But I need to have some idea of where I am/what things are doing to me, sooo..... I will just have to flip off the scale to make myself feel better lol
