I'm pretty sure it's a few ounces lost through waste, but it feels good to wake up with that little burn knowing I was able to finish a workout yesterday and didn't bail out once it had gotten too hard. My calories also fell short a bit. I thought because I had a snack that wasn't so healthy it would have put me over the recommended daily caloric intake but when I decided to read the nutrition facts their calories were nowhere near the amount I thought they were. On top of that, yesterday was a very active day, I didn't have time to sit or rest because I was out with family and we were constantly on the move. I hope I will continue to follow these plans I have been trying for years and would always lose steam or lost the motivation. The hubby seems to be a bit more supportive as well, like way more than ever so we'll see.
314.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 124.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
