Woo to the hoo - I lost a pound *feeble yay* lol

Have to say, its a bit disappointing when I put in a new weight and fat secret says 'at this rate, it will take you 36 months to lose the weight'.

*le ugh*

OK, done whining for now lol
176.6 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
