Good day back on the food yesterday, staied under my daily limit and was not hungry. Little short of cash at the moment so it is difficult to buy the better foods. With Xmas and New Years as well as a few expenses I am just about broke and have even dug into my savings.... really looking forward to my GF being able to work here so will make things easier finanically
319.2 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 109.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

it does feel good and it is strange to say that. I am very dissappointed in myself when i do not stick to my plan.
