After mowing.....

220.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb. Still to go: 9.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone. I really don't expect tomorrow's numbers to be so good. I lost 3 pounds while mowing/raking from sweat. I haven't any plans to work that hard tomorrow. ;)
