Well I had some Peppermint Kahlua last evening to ring in the New Year...a no no but was well worth it and sure tasted yummy. Only a 0.4 loss but that's ok with me a loss is a loss! Well here's to a new year and a NEW MEEEEEEEE!
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
