When I weighed myself yesterday I was still retaining water from TOM. Looks like this exercising 5 days a week and only having one cheat day a week is really working. FINALLY back in the 130's. Only 4 pounds from goal!

Well done! I usually only manage training 3 times a week although I aim for 5. And as for cheat day for me its more like cheat weekend!
