I started doing just low carb diet first and now I have been doing p90x the last week and a half. I had already lost 103# and gained 80# back after having a baby. This seems harder to me this time around and I dont know why. Maybe because I know how hard it is. I am still going to fight and get this NO GOOD FAT OFF MY BODY!!!!
283.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Do not do low carb diets because that will destroy your muscles...Quite honestly the best you can do in terms of a certain diet strategy (other than the caloric deficit) is to try intermitent fasting which will totally eliminate any sort of hunger that you might have and switch your metabolism into a constant fat loss mode. http://how2loseweightnow.com/2016/09/12/eat-stop-eat-review-intermittent-fasting-diet-online/

I appreciate your advice. I however had lost over 100 pounds doing low carb and P90X. I ended up being very fit and muscular. It worked great for me. I am very carb sensitive. I gain weight at a rapid pace and bloat when I eat carbs. I have so much more energy and sleep WAY better when I limit my carb intake to only be 20g and of that it comes from only vegetables and sometime whole grain bread. I really do appreciate your help though. Hope you have a great day!!

I use a combination of low carb, high fiber, high protein, high fat, low calorie and it works fine for me. I know that I am insulin resistant because if I eat carbs I am constantly hungry and I end up binging on carb crap.

P90X is a workout program that I bought off of an info commercial. Totally NOT ME but so glad I did. You can look up beachbody.com and that program is on there plus other programs too. It looks really hard but all's you do is what you can until you build enough muscle to do it all.
