Hello Everyone! MY name is Angela. A little about myself. I am 35 I am the mother of two beautiful daughters. One is 17 and the other is 2. I know what was I thinking starting over!! LOL
About 3 years ago or so I pushed the scales at 303#'s. I was so unhealthy and depressed. I remember wanting to go down a water slide that had a weight limit of 250#'s and it hit me that I was out of control!! I was determined to do something about this weight. I started low carb dieting and working out doing HIIT 10 minutes a day, because that was literally all I could do. I had NEVER exercised in my life! After a few months losing weight and increasing my HIIT time I came across the P90X program and fell in love. It was ugly when I started and it was tough but I did what I could do until I could do it all. In exactly one year to the date that I started this adventure I had lost exactly 103#'s!! I felt like a new person and had NEVER been so fit in my whole life.(no surgery just me working my butt off literally ;} ) I ended up pregnant and gained 89#'s back. The HORROR of it all!! I finally said enough is enough and went back to my eating right for me and my beloved P90X. I am steadily losing weight, and toning up again. Although it seems harder this time around it's only because I know how hard you really have to work at it. But I did it once I can do it again!! I got this and nothing in the world can beat the feeling of reaching a goal you set for yourself!! So excited. Stay tuned and I will continue to make my updates.
