I have been using a program called "intermittent fasting" which I found on YouTube described by acRomanian bodybuilder named Radu Antoniu. The program is pretty simple: skip breakfast. Delay eating the first meal of the day for 4 to 6 hours after waking up. Use caffeine (I drink hot tea) to help control hunger. I do pretty well with fasting, but I struggle with eating too much once I start eating. I use a free software application on my phone to track my calories.
