karena sekarang cutting, kalori perhari sekitar 1600 kalori. Latihan 4 kali seminggu. Full body workout.

Smoga berhasil bro.... klo sy lg bulk.. tp gagal mulu.... kebutuhan kalori tdk tercukupi alhasil bb stabil 62/63 target 71... bln lalu udah 64 terjun langsung 62
