Been maintaining and using food control because we just have had a ridiculous amount of naughty food! I wish I could get my family on board but my Mom and Dad are just going eat how they want and bring in the bad stuff!
I didn't gorge but I did partake, a little bit.
So I'm back at it and I lost 2 more pounds.
I'll take it, slowly but surely.
Being her makes me feel like I can with you guys!
265.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you can't control the type of food you are being served, control your portions.
