1500 kcal Fat: 43.82g | Prot: 76.84g | Carb: 208.98g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Skim Milk, Fat Free Plain Yoghurt, Muesli. Lunch: Apricot Jams and Preserves, Pilchards in Hot Chilli Sauce, Low GI Wholewheat Brown Dumpy Loaf, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed). Dinner: Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Ostrich Mince, Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Brown Rice, Cooked Lentils. Snacks/Other: Biltong, Custard, Honey Nougat in Milk Chocolate, Tex, Chocolate Muffin. more...
