Don't understand how I consumed less calories yesterday and gained a pound =/

Hopefully, my husband isnt just making me feel better by saying our scale is a bit tempermental.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
