I blew it yesterday! I went out to lunch for a going away luncheon and planned on eating chicken teriyaki. I did'nt realize the teriyake now comes w/ a side and I ordered 3 pot stickers. Big mistake. That realy boosted my cal count. I then came home and my wife had opened a beer for me, which of course i couldn't let go to waste. And finally, my wife complained that no one was eating her cinnamon cookies and that she would have to throw them away. They were thin, so i had 4. I inputted them in to fat secret as "2" cookies, since they were thin, but even so, they boosted my cal count to 124% of RDI. I won't make that mistake again. I'm at the point where the bulk of my initial weight is gone and i'm looking at 1/4 lb daily losses when i do lose weight. I have to be more disciplined!
