i am not disappointed in my weight gain because i knew it was happening every time a put something "bad" in my mouth. . . every time i passed an opportunity to exercise . . . and i kno why I am/was losing my determination-my thoughts regarding my temporary roomate-so i am going to turn them around! so instead of:i need to rest cause i work SOOO much- when i exercise i have soooo much more energy! and instead of: sure i 'deserve' a glass of wine or a sweet or starchy snack- i feel great when i eat well! and she could learn from my example! (weight gain could also be from pms- which if this is tru I actually DID lose weight cause usually that adds on more than one lb)
181.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
