I love carbs, I miss my rice, pasta and multi-grain bread for breakfast!!!
I hate the fact that I should even limit my yogurt&cheese intake because it has carbs in it.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
