Last night I finally got back into my workout routine. Once I closed the heat vent that was blowing hot air directly on to me, it didn't go so bad. I'm down to 152.8 as of today, with a goal of getting down to 150 by the end of the week.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lisa. I'm with ya on that. I have a vent blows right at my head. You sound like you're doing great. Don't lose weight too fast. Studies shows when we lose about 2 lbs a week we tend to keep it off. When people say "I lost 5 lbs in one week," we need to ask "Five lbs of what?" fat? muscle? If we starve ourselves our body will start to eat our muscles (and we need those to burn calroies). You look very happy in your picutre. Best of luck to you.
