i ate 2 stretch island fruit snacks last night at like 12:30.... i know horrible but i wasnt able to fall asleep and my stomach was SCREAMING even after i drank water

going to follow my meal plan for today. might add an egg or two in there.

when i get home 20 minutes of cardio. 20 minutes of abs. YAY!! Watch me shrink!!
190.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
